  This RV place is an excellent example of how not to run a business. I was scheduled for an 8:00 AM RV service appointment. The first red flag, the placed was locked and closed when I arrived a half hour early. At the appointment time I was left abandoned in the extremely cluttered service work area. Just one employee at the site ignoring me. I finally found her inside, and I asked for the service advisor. The service advisor doesn't show up till nine. So why schedule my RV for eight? I was suppose to just drop off the RV, and leave. No paperwork, no advise on how to solve my RV problem. I left! I left with the RV, and I will return to this poorly operated business. I probably saved myself a lot of problems by canceling.
